I’m Preets Chadha, a Reiki Practitioner, Access Bars Facilitator, and Flower Essences Practitioner, devoted to helping people soften, heal, and return to themselves.
My work blends Reiki, Access Bars, aromatherapy, and energy medicine to create a deeply nurturing space where emotional, physical, and mental tension can release. My intention is simple: to support your journey back to calm, clarity, and inner harmony.
I believe healing is not about “fixing” anything, it’s about remembering who you are beneath the stress, the noise, and the heaviness you’ve been carrying. Through gentle touch, energy work, and aromatic therapy, I help reconnect you with your body’s wisdom, ease anxiety, reduce overwhelm, and restore a sense of inner peace.
My Journey
My path into holistic healing began nearly 15 years ago, during a deeply personal chapter of my life.
I watched my mum gradually withdraw into herself, battling anxiety, panic, and emotional overwhelm. At first, the changes were subtle, easy to dismiss as mood shifts. But over time, it became clear that she was struggling in ways we didn’t know how to reach.
Conventional medicine eased the symptoms but didn’t heal the root. As her daughter, witnessing her pain was heartbreaking and it awakened something in me. A quiet determination, a deep knowing that there had to be another way.
I started exploring everything I could – Ayurveda, alternative therapies, natural remedies, and eventually Reiki, essential oils, and energy healing. Each modality opened a new door, a new understanding, a new possibility. And with every step, I felt myself being pulled deeper into this world of healing, intuition, and transformation.
What began as a search to help my mother became a calling to help others reconnect with themselves – gently, compassionately, and holistically.
My Mission
My mission is to create a safe, heart-centered space where people can:

- Rediscover clarity, calm, and self-trust
I want to bring together a community of like-minded souls, people who are ready to grow, heal, and support one another through shared experiences, spiritual development, and conscious living.
