Shipping and Returns
Delivery Time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 48 hours unless there are extenuating circumstances where this time may be slightly longer. All orders will be despatched by Australia Post or a courier.
QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT approx. 2-4 business days
SA, TAS, WA, NT approx. 5-7 business days
Please note that Nature Luxe cannot be held responsible for late or failed deliveries for reasons outside of its control e.g. in case of adverse weather conditions.
Delivery Cost
We offer FREE shipping of all orders over $100. For orders under $100, a $12.95 flat rate applies within Victoria.
Shipping rates for other states vary based on location.. All orders will be despatched by Australia Post or a courier.
Change of Delivery Address
If your order hasn’t yet been shipped, we may be able to amend the delivery address. Please get in contact with us as soon as possible to let us know the issue. Please ensure you have the order number included in your message.
International Orders
We do not ship outside Australia at this moment.
Returns & Exchanges
All items are carefully packaged with love and attention. Each product is inspected before being wrapped and sent to you.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we will happily send a replacement at no cost to you. Please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your parcel. Refunds and exchanges are offered at the discretion of Nature Luxe.

Refunds
If you change your mind on your purchase, the product must not be used, or damaged by you in anyway and in its original packaging. It must be returned at your expense. We will offer you a full refund of your purchase. The cost of postage will not be refunded and the refund will be processed once the product has reach our office and has been inspected.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched. Contact us to cancel your order. Please do not forget to include your order number in an email.
